Available payment methods
The methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by location, currency, device, order details, risk review, and provider availability.
Payment authorization
Submitting payment authorizes the applicable provider to process the transaction. An authorization or pending charge does not always mean an order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
Checkout security
Shopify and applicable payment providers use technical and organizational security measures intended to protect transaction information. Never email us your complete card number, security code, or online-banking password.
Prices, taxes & final total
Before payment, checkout displays product prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges and taxes, and the final total. Review all details before submitting payment.
Bank and currency fees
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply foreign-transaction, currency-conversion, or other fees. These third-party charges are not controlled by Sorevy™.
Fraud prevention
Orders may be reviewed for payment verification, fraud prevention, inventory, and fulfillment. We may request reasonable verification or cancel and refund an order when payment cannot be verified or fraud is reasonably suspected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Provider and financial-institution processing times may affect when funds appear.
Payment data and privacy
Payment-related personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and the practices of Shopify and applicable payment providers.
Business Information
Contact customer support before sending merchandise. Our registered business address is not automatically our return warehouse address. Approved requests receive the correct return instructions and destination.
