These Terms govern purchases submitted through the Sorevy™ online store at sorevy.com and related transaction services.
Operator & acceptance
The store operator is Wuhan Xinquanmin Technology Service Co., Ltd.. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit an order.
Purchase eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding transaction and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Purchases by minors require the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by law.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, materials, set quantities, and prices accurately. Displays, photography, lighting, ceramic production, and tolerances may cause reasonable differences.
Order submission & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Payment, inventory, fraud, and fulfillment checks may occur before dispatch.
Pricing & corrections
Prices and availability may change before an order is submitted. We may correct obvious errors and contact you before fulfillment, cancel the affected item, or provide a refund where appropriate.

You authorize applicable providers to process the displayed total. Payment methods and currency are shown at checkout. Third-party bank or conversion fees may apply.
Shipping & delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk and title transfer as required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and timely response to carrier requests.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Contact support before returning merchandise.
Ceramic characteristics
Minor variations in glaze, tone, texture, speckling, contour, dimensions, or weight do not necessarily constitute defects. Actual defects are assessed based on their nature and effect on the intended decorative use.
Safe use and placement
Products are decorative, not toys or food-contact items. Use a stable surface, avoid edges and impact, and keep breakable ceramics away from children and pets. Follow product-specific care instructions.
Intellectual property
Store branding, design, original text, graphics, photographs, and other protected content may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization except as allowed by law.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by severe weather, carrier interruption, governmental action, network outage, labor disruption, supply-chain event, or other circumstance outside reasonable control, subject to law.
Disclaimer & consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, store services are provided on an available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss where such liability may lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Severability, waiver & assignment
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign rights or obligations as part of a lawful reorganization or transfer; customers may not assign a purchase without consent where consent is legally permitted.
Applicable law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve concerns.

Business Information
Contact customer support before sending merchandise. Our registered business address is not automatically our return warehouse address. Approved requests receive the correct return instructions and destination.
